The staff at this hotel were excellent! Nothing was ever a problem. I forgot my mobile phone recharger and asked at the front desk if they had one spare or knew of a place near by where I could buy one. The guy at reception said leave it with me Sir for a few hours and we will recharge it for you. 3 hours later, the phone was back with me fully recharged. This is what I call customer service. The food at the hotel is very good.
Like others have said, the road outside is very busy. Very difficult to cross over if you need to. Shame there is no pool especially if you are staying at the hotel for a long period. One of the rooms I stayed in had a horrible smell from the air conditioning unit. My room was changed immediately.

A perfectly sound business hotel, offering a very impressive 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back pledge - on show at check in. I stayed on business and couldn't fault the hotel, albeit my needs were limited to bed & breakfast. I would double check where you are staying as there are two Radisson hotels in Jeddah & I didn't think the distinction was clear but that being said, I have a pretty cavalier attitude to hotels & didn't print directions in advance. In summary, all good nothing bad.
The RAK rate was cheaper than booking online - one to watch...

The breakfast was excellent. Free wireless was also good.
The hotel is very tired and in desperate need of a facelift- quite disappointing compared to other Radissons. There is a slightly sour smell about the place, but not in the room.

It was a nice private place without any disturbance & no noise to disturb me during my stay there. The decoration of the room was classic. To sum it was a pleasurable experience. The buffet breakfast was good & so was room service breakfast...
I didn't like the fact that the staff did not put in the complimentary fruit basket and the water daily but occasionally during my stay there for 5 nights from 14th Sept to 19th Sept. Also once the staff took the towels & forgot to put in new ones so I had to ask for them. Still thanks a lot for the warm service.
